Poor Service rude reception stuff , at reception they don’t care about guests , talked very rude without smile - nobody cares about luggage and if you are with kids . We reserved superior room and we had early check in but our room wasn’t ready so they decided to change room but it was lower class. the room was clean but smelled very badly. We decided not to stay because of the horrible welcoming.

It's a signature Radisson property, literally green, with plants lining its exterior walls. It is very pleasant to walk in his park. Well located for day trips to neighboring towns and historic churches. Had a great wine tasting. It's great to swim in the rooftop pool and see the snow-capped mountains in the distance.I was there for a week. I really enjoyed the environment, your food and your staff. Amazing cocktails that went well with my chosen meal. Thanks to all the staff.

This is a stand out Radisson property, situated in what had been a princeiy estate. The hotel is literally green, with plants lining its outside walls. Very pleasant to stroll its park. Well situated for day trips to neighboring towns and historic churches. Had a wonderful wine tasting. Great to swim in the roof-top pool and see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Very tasty Georgian cuisine for dinner and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Only suggestion: please put a door on the showers so that every time you take a shower you do not flood the bathroom.

We stayed for 1 night in January as a family. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is superb. The staff during breakfast are so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous and the restaurants are nice too. The lights in the park during the festive season is the prettiest. The room we got was nice, but I remember it had a slight odor which was unpleasant as you walked in. Once there, you didn’t notice but it was a little alarming for a hotel of this stature where everything else is pretty perfect. Maybe something with the plumbing in this particular room. We loved staying here, we will definitely be coming here again.

The hotel is amazing. Architecture, interior design, outdoor spaces, pool, winery… you can just spend your days inside and always entertained. Value is also great. The breakfast is good, food in the restaurant is nice too. Welcome Tsinandali Estate in August 31- September 8 2024- 6th edition Classical Music Festival
