The temperature of the bath in the family bath ♨️ was a little lukewarm... Other than that, it was great 🤗 Wild birds and squirrels through the glass Open-air bath in nature Dinner is great.

I went there with high expectations since it was a lamp inn, but it didn't really have a great a**osphere. I couldn't help but feel that quite a few years had passed.

There was no elevator and it was on the second floor so it was difficult to carry heavy suitcases.

The food was not tasty. (It's no exaggeration to say it was bad). For this price (about 18,000 yen for one night and two meals), you can't get that kind of food. It was like something you'd get at a national guesthouse. It was obvious that no love was put into the food. Even though you could see the forest from the room, you could see the parking lot below, which was a letdown. It was a 20-minute drive up the mountain from Lake Kussharo, with nothing around, just a remote location, and it didn't seem like a good value for the money. I'll never use it again.

I stayed 3 nights in a row, and it was a wonderful environment that reminded me of the life I spent with my family surrounded by the forest in Northern Finland 🇫🇮 🌲 In addition to that environment, the hot springs ♨️ feel great on the skin, and I have high expectations. I enjoyed three days of delicious food that greatly surpassed ♬I did not imagine that you could serve so much food in the mountains. I am deeply grateful that I was able to enjoy my meals every day because I was able to take care of the menu because of the consecutive nights. The only thing that was more than we expected was stink bugs appearing in the room in search of light😵, but considering that it's such a natural environment, it doesn't bother us so much. It was quite pleasant that the room was equipped with packing tape for extermination from the beginning. It may be quite difficult for those who are not good at insects, but I'm worried 😅 It was an empty season, but all the staff were very pleasant. During my stay, I had an incident where the fire alarm malfunctioned, but when I saw the staff running to open the room to an unoccupied room and check it, I felt that I was working hard to ensure the safety of the guests. I would like to add that I was able to understand that it was a safe and secure hotel. It is hotel which wants to go to stay by all means again. I was wondering if I should stay at a large hotel on the shores of Lake Kussharo, but I stayed here and it was a great answer! The staff took great care of us for the three days.
