I stayed here the night before going to work. It was a cold night, but the heating in the renovated room worked well, and once it was warm, I went to the bathroom. It only had a shower, but it was nicely renovated and easy to use. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, and although the free breakfast was only available until 8am, which was a little early, I was able to relax meaningfully by drinking coffee in my room and working on my computer until check-out time.

つくば駅周辺だと最も安かったので予約したが、外観がきれいな割に味のある内装でとても良かった。
漫画がたくさんホールにおいてあるのでそういった意味でも居心地がいいと思う。
唯一微妙なのは立地で、駅から遠くバス停からも少し遠い。
大通り沿いなので車なら全く気にならないと思う。
ちなみに最寄りのバス停はグーグルマップ上だとはま寿司の前なのだが、実際はそこじゃなくてゲームショップみたいなところの前。
