A very nice and quiet hotel which suitable for relaxing. Shuttle bus was waiting at the 萬座Bus Terminal at the time of bus arrival.

We have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel.

Good place to see autumn

The local hot springs are very unique, and it is a sister hotel of the Prince Hotel next door, so you can also go to the Prince Hotel to soak in the hot springs. There are many kinds of pools, and the water in each pool is taken from a different place. It is a good choice for a hot spring trip, and the food and beverage are also good👌!

The catchphrase "The best open-air bath in the world" is no lie! You can also use the baths at the Prince Hotel, so you can enjoy the hot springs even after checking out. It was great.

The room is not big, but very clean. There are many kinds of Manza hot spring baths. You can also go to the Prince Hotel above. It's a great experience.

The room is spacious. But there is a smell of cigarettes. You can walk to the ski slopes in just a few minutes. There are onsen ponds both inside and outside the building.

Anyway, you can enjoy four types of hot springs at once, and you can also go to the open-air bath where you can enjoy the view of the Prince Hotel by free bus, so it was great for sulfur lovers! I was also able to book a free round-trip shuttle from Karuizawa, which I was grateful for as it cost just under 3,000 yen one way. I wasn't expecting much food, but I enjoyed the buffet.

I felt a little inconvenienced because the parking lot was far away. The bath was small and there was not much room for mixed bathing. I don't think I want to go again.

Manza ski trip with family. The oldness of the building is conspicuous. Evening meals are few items for Prince series. Some of them were delicious, but it's a pity that they don't have sashimi or sushi. The plumbing tends to get clogged. Renewal is required. It's a good deal to have a free alcohol ticket for early dinner. I got two cups for free for 850 yen per cup.

Hotels on the plateau, one stay and two meals are buffets, rich, and children like it. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are outdated, but compared to other Wanza hotels, the price/performance ratio is still high.
