The room is spacious. But there is a smell of cigarettes. You can walk to the ski slopes in just a few minutes. There are onsen ponds both inside and outside the building.

Great

Anyway, you can enjoy four types of hot springs at once, and you can also go to the open-air bath where you can enjoy the view of the Prince Hotel by free bus, so it was great for sulfur lovers! I was also able to book a free round-trip shuttle from Karuizawa, which I was grateful for as it cost just under 3,000 yen one way. I wasn't expecting much food, but I enjoyed the buffet.

I felt a little inconvenienced because the parking lot was far away. The bath was small and there was not much room for mixed bathing. I don't think I want to go again.

Manza ski trip with family. The oldness of the building is conspicuous. Evening meals are few items for Prince series. Some of them were delicious, but it's a pity that they don't have sashimi or sushi. The plumbing tends to get clogged. Renewal is required. It's a good deal to have a free alcohol ticket for early dinner. I got two cups for free for 850 yen per cup.

Hotels on the plateau, one stay and two meals are buffets, rich, and children like it. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are outdated, but compared to other Wanza hotels, the price/performance ratio is still high.

Stayed without meals. I was looking for a hot spring, so the time was convenient and it was good The temperature is different between the top and bottom, so please be careful with your clothes. It was snowing, so the open-air bath was nice and elegant.

The hotel's dilapidated facilities are poor! There is no air conditioning in the room, only heating, and the hotel equipment makes a small noise when it is heated with water! The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor and I often hear the sound of walking upstairs! During this trip, I stayed in three Prince Group hotels ~ Karuizawa Prince Hotel, Manza Prince Hotel, and Manza Kogen Hotel! Karuizawa feels very good! Manza Prince Hotel can also be said to be of high quality! Only the Manza Plateau Hotel feels very bad, and the staff's attitude in training and solving problems for guests is very poor! Not being able to solve the problem and having a very bad attitude! And the level of knowledge is also very poor! I wanted an iPhone cable, but they responded that I only have a type C cable to charge my phone! The kind that can be used instantly on Android phones! Can I charge my iPhone with this cable? Really unheard of! Although it is a remote hotel, the staff should not be so ignorant! Moreover, the attitude of the staff at the Prince Hotel is far worse than that here in Plateau! And this hotel group is suspected of discriminating against the race of tourists! The company website only shows in Japanese and there is a free shuttle bus from Tokyo to Manza! This option is not displayed on the Chinese and English web pages! And you need to call directly to book three days before departure! How can ordinary travelers get a Japanese phone number? There is absolutely discrimination and unfair treatment against foreign tourists! So if you are not Japanese, you should definitely consider whether to stay in a hotel of this group! If I have a choice, I will never help you again!

The rooms have single beds lined up, and are recommended for solo travelers and seniors. Thanks to the central heating, the room was very warm. When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the natural stream. The breakfast had a wide variety of standard Japanese dishes. The hot spring was a natural hot spring that flows directly from the source, and it felt great. I was surprised by how hot the hot spring was, but it was very relaxing. I also recommend staying at the hotel for a longer period of time to fully enjoy nature.

The hot springs are very satisfying. In addition, the staff's hospitality provides a comfortable level of comfort. It's a mixed outdoor open-air bath, but I think women can use it without any problems. It's difficult to access, but it's worth it!

I visited on a tour, and the smell of sulfur was everywhere. The hotel is located at a high altitude of about 1,700 meters, and the entire area was covered in snow. The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor of Rhododendron Museum, and we stayed in a 4-person room reserved for skiers, but the room was small and had 4 single beds. Personally, this is not a suitable accommodation for me, but the bath was filled with sulfur springs, which warmed my body and made me feel satisfied. However, the stone garden open-air bath is a mixed bathing area, and the men had no choice but to walk carefully every step of the way, just wrapping a small towel around their waist (the towel was too small...), and the women had to take a bath at Yuami Kiya. There are large bath towels so you don't have to worry about it, but... I couldn't relax in the stone garden open-air bath. I used the Hyakusen no Yu (not a mixed bath) on the 4th floor. The meals are buffet-style, but the elderly prefer quality over quantity, so it's suitable for young people!

It was quite large and I sometimes got lost. There were two baths, both of which were nice, and I was surprised that they were available 24 hours a day. I also went to take a bath at the nearby Prince Hotel with my accommodation ticket and towel. The quality of the spring water was good, so I would like to go there again.

I'm generally satisfied, but the temperature of the hot water was either lukewarm or too hot to put in, and it wasn't well managed. Also, in the winter, the shortest road from Kusatsu was closed, so I had to take a detour to get to the hotel on a toll road, which cost around 2,000 yen round trip, which was inconvenient.
