Good place to see autumn

The room is spacious. But there is a smell of cigarettes. You can walk to the ski slopes in just a few minutes. There are onsen ponds both inside and outside the building.

I was also able to book a free round-trip shuttle from Karuizawa, which I was grateful for as it cost just under 3,000 yen one way. I wasn't expecting much food, but I enjoyed the buffet.

I felt a little inconvenienced because the parking lot was far away. The bath was small and there was not much room for mixed bathing. I don't think I want to go again.

Not being able to solve the problem and having a very bad attitude! And the level of knowledge is also very poor! I wanted an iPhone cable, but they responded that I only have a type C cable to charge my phone! The kind that can be used instantly on Android phones! Can I charge my iPhone with this cable? Really unheard of! Although it is a remote hotel, the staff should not be so ignorant! Moreover, the attitude of the staff at the Prince Hotel is far worse than that here in Plateau! And this hotel group is suspected of discriminating against the race of tourists! The company website only shows in Japanese and there is a free shuttle bus from Tokyo to Manza! This option is not displayed on the Chinese and English web pages! And you need to call directly to book three days before departure! How can ordinary travelers get a Japanese phone number? There is absolutely discrimination and unfair treatment against foreign tourists! So if you are not Japanese, you should definitely consider whether to stay in a hotel of this group! If I have a choice, I will never help you again!

The rooms have single beds lined up, and are recommended for solo travelers and seniors. Thanks to the central heating, the room was very warm. However, the stone garden open-air bath is a mixed bathing area, and the men had no choice but to walk carefully every step of the way, just wrapping a small towel around their waist (the towel was too small...), and the women had to take a bath at Yuami Kiya. There are large bath towels so you don't have to worry about it, but... I couldn't relax in the stone garden open-air bath. I used the Hyakusen no Yu (not a mixed bath) on the 4th floor. The meals are buffet-style, but the elderly prefer quality over quantity, so it's suitable for young people!

It was quite large and I sometimes got lost. There were two baths, both of which were nice, and I was surprised that they were available 24 hours a day. I also went to take a bath at the nearby Prince Hotel with my accommodation ticket and towel. The quality of the spring water was good, so I would like to go there again.
