We stayed in a family room. In the main building, we saw the snow-capped mountains. When we left the room, we turned a corner and reached the entrance of the hot spring. The room is large, the heating is OK, not too hot, and there is a humidifier in the room.
There are mixed towels, you can use the towels provided by the hotel (no need to rent, they are placed in the room when you check in), or you can buy them in the store, 1100 yen for women, 550 yen for men, reusable. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring facing the snow-capped mountains.
There is a bus from Karuizawa to the hotel. You can make a reservation by email. You cannot get on the bus without making a reservation. ******************************
