I was a little scared at night because I had to go through the mountains to get to the hotel. The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly, making it a fun trip.

The point deduction part. There was no heating and the room was very cold. The toilet seat was cold and no water came out. I can't use the refrigerator. The food at the breakfast buffet was not heated. Other than that, I think it's at the level of a typical local hotel.

Unfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.

There seems to be a shortage of staff, perhaps because of the coronavirus pandemic.

All the front desk staff at the hotel were foreigners. It seemed like I could understand Japanese, but it was a bit cluttered. Is Palcoal no longer available in Japan? Lately, I've noticed that there are more and more hotels with foreign staff. The room was long and compact. Although it has a Showa feel, it is well-cleaned and clean. Breakfast is average. It's not much different from other hotels in the area. The week I stayed there was an all-you-can-drink beer day, so I only drank beer. Dinner was not included, but if you have a lift ticket you can drink as much as you want for free. The service was a delight.

The hotel is large and has billiards, squash, and various other facilities. I couldn't use it due to Corona, but I would like to use it again when Corona is over.

Access is not so good. In addition, the structure of the hotel itself was difficult to use, and it was inconvenient to move around.

Due to the passage of time since its opening, there was considerable deterioration. However, I like the gorgeous design and spacious landscape, which I probably wouldn't be able to do even if I tried to do it now. The sofa, door, and bathroom have a Showa-era feel. When I say the room is small, it feels small. The public bath is not large and there are few washing areas. The hot springs are open from 6:00 to 23:00. I think it's good because you can use it even after the night game is over. The gondola runs from 6:30, so I think it would be better if they could at least allow me to take a morning bath from 5:00. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style at the restaurant "Tsumagoi Dining" on the 2nd floor. I wonder if there are more than 300 seats? It's spacious and spacious. The food doesn't seem to have a particular concept. It feels like a Japanese, Western, and Chinese dessert. Drink bar was free. The ski slopes are right in front of you, so I think it's a perfectly good hotel if you're planning on skiing.
