I am a self-driving traveler. During the entire Nagoya Kanazawa Alpine trip, this hotel was the only hotel that did not charge parking fees, which is very commendable.
The hotel is very new and has all the facilities and equipment. There are no shortcomings. The price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is very high.
It's a pity that there is nothing to go shopping around. The shops and restaurants close very early in the evening, so you basically can't find anything good to eat. But the focus of Tsuruga is the Japan Sea Fish Market, which is the best choice for eating live Echizen crab!
