What a lovely stay. The hotel is classy and rooms had the cultural touch. The buffet breakfast was good especially the bread. The service provided was good too. There were many places in the hotel for photos. Will go again if not that the journey there is just too far from Hanoi.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We had a great room with amazing mountain views. The service here was exceptional and it is worth paying for the delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back here. Steve, the general manager and his staff in particular Nora and Munn made our stay unforgettable.

The staff are very good. We asked to check in first (6:00) to get a reservation room in the first picture and will get a real room around 9-10 o'clock. Full equipment, good warm heater. But the water is not hot, it will be hot. The bed is very soft. The staff at the counter communicates English well. The left of the hotel is far from sunplaza. A little 2 kilos, walk to take pictures, very comfortable. There is a golf cart next to it. Convenient, inexpensive On the right, you can walk to Kut but very far. We stayed at Saparis for 3 nights. The hotel is located at the perfect location. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the lake and Sapa main market. Stayed at Mountain View Room and the view was stunning as we could see the lake and the mountain. The room has a private balcony. The staff is very helpful and gave us local plants to carry it back to India.

This hotel lives up to its online reputation. We arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning. The front desk staff on duty was sleeping in the lobby. When we came through the front door, he woke up, quickly put away all his pillows and blankets, and in no time was ready to welcome us. The room was beautiful. I never used this word before when giving reviews, but that's the word that I think can best describe the room: beautiful. It was well-designed and well-appointed. They didn't use much expensive materials but the room felt luxurious nonetheless. The bed was heavenly. It's the best bed we had during our trip to Vietnam. But the crown jewel of the hotel is the staff. Never have I seen people who were so eager to help. They engaged guests in conversations. They offer suggestions. When we checked out, my wife left her tote bag at the hotel and didn't realize it until we were at the bus station. We called the hotel to ask if they could send the bag to Hanoi. But beyond our expectations, the front desk staff drove to the bus station to deliver the bag himself. I'd give the hotel 7 stars. Too bad there are only 5 available.

Excellent experience! I highly recommend the Cat Cat Resort, it has very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the Room (got an upgrade to a private & spacious cabin). The view is impressive! You feel directly connected to the beautiful nature. Infinity Pool is also a great and stunning addition. The free breakfast is a nice addition but it could offer more international meal options. The staff there were very nice and friendly.
