The visit to this hotel in Sa Pa was very pleasant, there is nothing wrong with the staff and the rooms. We had booked a room with a small pool, which was very nice.
Unfortunately, the view was not there in the few days we were there, the clouds were very low the whole time so we could only see a grey wall.
The communal pool is OK, but nothing great.
The breakfast and the restaurant are definitely recommended, very tasty.
Unfortunately we were unable to visit the spa, the bar or the club due to time constraints.
It is definitely a pleasant hotel and if you are there at a different time of year, the view is definitely beautiful.

I loved Pao’s. The location is superb, breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and the staff are so lovely. I had an issue with my first room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and move me to a different room. Don’t miss the Valley rooms, they really are beautiful with amazing views. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center but the hotel has a free bus back to the center or bus station every 2 hours. Enthusiastic and lovely staff, explaining everything you want to know. Delicious rich breakfast food. The lobby is clean and airy.
