The breakfast is delicious, especially the banh mi and rice noodles are different.
This is a hotel that pays great attention to landscaping. The swimming pool is also indoors.
It's clean, but the sauna is operated by the spa and requires a fee.
There is a musty smell in the room, but there is a scent in the hallway.
I was curious as to how much it would be when I saw a notice saying that there would be an additional charge if you eat in your room while eating cup ramen at night, but judging by the fact that nothing was said when checking out, it seems like it's up to that level. There is a shuttle to the city every hour, but there is no return fee. They told me to register my number through WhatsApp to make a reservation, but it didn't work even if I registered my number, so I just walked up and there was a spa entrance, so I went in there and took the elevator to my room. It's a satisfactory hotel except for the sewer-like smell in the room.

We are such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and clean resort with full of flowers everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free buggy to browse around Sapa town. We will come back again and recommend to friends too.

This hotel is a few minutes' drive from SunPlaza. The customer service at the front desk is average. I booked for two nights and when I arrived, I was told that the order number was not found. I took a photo of the order to check. After waiting for half an hour, I asked again. , the front desk said that the order was not found and there was no room available, and he asked to come back at 2pm. Later, when he came back to communicate, he refused to admit that he had said it, shirking responsibility. Fortunately, Trip customer service communicated with him, and the hotel environment, room and other staff were all good. There is a problem with the attitude of the lady at the front desk. Be careful before booking.
