We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is quite strategic, not too far from the city center. The room was clean, spacious, and had a really nice lake view.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived way before check-in time, but they kindly let us use the bathroom in the lobby to freshen up (we could even take a shower). They also allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.
There’s an elevator in the hotel, and the food was really good too.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to visit Sapa.

Family room has 3 beds , rooms was clean and the staffs are friendly. The location near to sapa station, only 6 minutes by walk and 5 min to Sapa Lake.
Last day we tried 1 hr massages it cost 250k VND , it was help you to refresh after long trip to fansipan 😁

We checked in at 5 AM. They left the keys and a note at the front desk for us, which was very nice and convenient. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It's a nice, pleasant hotel.

Within 5 mins walk to Sapa Centre. Clean room with balcony and on regular housekeeping. Nice Sapa lake view from balcony.

Amazing place for the price. Booked again in a couple of days after walking around sapa.
Floor 5 had great viewsfrom room and balcony but imagine the ones beneath just as good.
Great staff and very nice simple breakfast.
Just 5 min walk to town centre and lake on a slight hill.
Best nights sleep I've had in a long time.
