The hotel is nice with mountain view from the balcony but it is quite far from city center. The staff are supportive and kind. The room is clean and full facilities. The toilet at lobby should be improved.

Incredible view, correct room, I would have appreciated a few more meters to be able to open the suitcases more comfortably. The truth is that the hotel itself was quite good, nice and cheap. The only problem is his manager who, after problems (understandable but curious) that can be generated with a room, such as the one that after a lot of wind in the area, the window and the door will not close correctly, which is why a typhoon occurred inside the room... He was not able to give reasonable solutions for it and his attitude was quite arrogant (he does not speak English). The reception and room assignment was somewhat disorganized since they assigned me to a room with two single beds, when in my reservation it was clearly marked that it should be a double bed. I want to think that my unfortunate events were just that and minor problems, since the hotel in general terms is doing quite well. It should be noted that the attention of the employees there was always wonderful, my congratulations.

We stayed here in October because of recommendation from our daughter who stayed here 3 years ago the room was very dirty and mouldy looks nothing like pictures shown breakfast worst I’ve ever had again nothing like the photos staff not helpful insincere. My daughter couldn’t believe it all we can think is it must of changed hands to be fair the view was amazing sadly that was the only positive thing. Expensive hotel have stayed better for less money. This is probably the first time we have complained in Asia which is quite sad still waiting for refund of last night

We were very disappointed with our stay at Praha. As soon as we arrived we were made to pay for an early check-in despite others reviewing that normally this was free. Then, the room was dirty and some of the linen was stained when we checked in. The ‘continental breakfast’ that we were expecting, was just egg, rice and pho. A great place to stay if you like paying a lot more and getting a lot less. We switched our accommodation to a homestay in Sa Pa and have been much more satisfied.
