Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Sapa Relax Hotel. Ci sono venuti incontro in modo. A seguito di un grossissimo imprevisto che abbiamo avuto ci hanno consentito di spostare la data del nostro soggiorno. Visto che avevamo prenotato due tipologie di stanze diverse ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito alla camera di tipologia migliore. La camera era davvero molto bella e completa di tutto. Ci hanno offerto la colazione per due mattine, una colazione molto buona con ampia scelta soprattutto di salato ma con anche alcune proposte dolci e buonissima frutta fresca. Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche fatto un massaggio ai piedi di 60 minuti alla SPA e ci è piaciuto davvero molto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e assolutamente consiglio il soggiorno presso questo hotel.

Avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel au cours de notre circuit. Accueil sympathique avec une boisson de bienvenue. Hôtel bien situé. Jolie chambre avec une literie confortable mais malheureusement deux nuits sans sommeil car comme dans bcp d’hôtels au Vietnam pas de double vitrage et extérieur très bruyant. Bon petit déjeuner.

Not as expected. Photos looked so impressive but it’s not. Just an average hotel. Location quite ok. Breakfast nothing special. Spa - masseurs were ok but not hotel standard. The spa outside were better. Employees are not really good with English as reviewed.

This is a great mid priced hotel . It represents fantastic value for money . Centrally located , the staff spoke terrific English and really looked after their guests . You could see them all trying to get people into their rooms as early as possible as most people arrive in Sapa early in the morning . The rooms were really pleasant and clean and we loved our view. Sapa is hilly and it's a slight walk up a hill to get to the main square . Would stay again !

Een prima hotel; met een ruime kamer, wat kleine badkamer, met toilet artikelen, kluis, föhn, waterkoker. Uitzicht was niet veel soeps. Prima ontbijtbuffet, met Vietnamees en westwrs eten. Lift aanwezig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligt vlakbij centrum

This is a centrally located, fairly modern mid sized 3 star hotel. We were both ill, suffering stomach issues after a night in a village homestay, and the hotel kindly allowed us an early checkin and a slightly later checkout. We were greeted politely and offered tea, which soothed our aching tummies a little! Room was very nice, quiet and spotless, with a clean modern bathroom. Breakfast offerings were varied and looked delicious but we had to choose conservatively, unfortunately. We were very grateful to the staff for their concern and help. Certainly a nice hotel to stay in!

First of all..I would like to say thank you to all staffs ..They are very friendly and helpful..Hotel location is also nice place..all tourists attractions are very close.. u can walk and enjoy easily..We got early check in and got a little cute present too..Love u Sapa relax Hotel ..We have great time there..😊😊🥰

Our family of five had a very nice stay at the Sapa Relax hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, clean and well appointed room and a top floor lounge area with fantastic views all make for a great stay. We’d recommend staying here for anyone visiting Sapa.

This hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. It was already well reviewed by others and our decision to book was based on this. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly too. We didn't opt for breakfast when booking, but they included in the room and gave it to us anyway. Was a good breakfast with simple food and delicious bread. For a tourist it was a good location because it was close to everything. Helped is book shuttle to the night market. Must visit the skybar for a good view of the city.
