They change my booking to my Gallery hotel on the same road around 150m . My Gallery hotel almost same design with My Boutique, breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful , mattress very comfortable
Bad review is toilet too small , soundproof no good and hot water no stable.

After 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!

The location in Sapa wasn't that bad either.
All of the staff were friendly and responsive to questions about nearby travel destinations or travel itineraries, and it was nice to always receive feedback on any inconveniences while using the room.
The room was clean and tidy, and they cleaned it well on the second day of our stay.
For breakfast, banh mi ingredients, fried rice, sausage, bacon, bread, and egg dishes were ordered separately and cooked on the spot. There was juice and a few fruits, so it was a reasonable breakfast that was neither too much nor too little.
This is a place that makes you look forward to your next trip to Sapa.

The location is a bit far from downtown (about 10 minutes on foot).
Breakfast is delicious. Please be kind. However, there is a smell from the bathroom.

It's a little far from Sun Plaza, but Moana is very close.
