It's not a hotel, more of a 1950s guest house for young backpackers! The rooms are dilapidated, the WiFi is interrupted regularly, the bedding is dated, no breakfast! You will have to reimburse me for both invoices!
The lady who is alone does her best, she washes clothes for 2 dollars/kg, she is nice but barely speaks English.
Your site has completely failed, this is not acceptable!!!

It was so remote that I was a little scared as I was traveling alone.
The room was very cold, but I got through it because there was an electric blanket, and I couldn't sleep well for two days because of the dog barking...🤦🏻♀️
I chose a room where I paid for breakfast, but I did not receive breakfast.
The owner was friendly, and the antique feel of the accommodation was nice.

Cozy hotel with lovely fireplace at lobby. Very clean and spacious room with heated mattress for cold weather. Owner helped us to arrange for a private guide to hike at Sapa. Wonderful service by receptionist even though she speaks limited English.

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice little hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The very kind and helpful people running the hotel did everything and more to make us feel welcome and able to enjoy SaPa in all possible of ways. The fireplace in the cosy reception room was both beautiful, creating a wonderful atmosphere, and keeping us warm. Everything very clean and delicate. Highly recommendable. Thank you!

2 minutes walk from the church. I made a reservation on the same day, and the check-in was smooth even though I had to check in at 9pm, and even though it was early November, the bed was heated by electricity, which was nice.

Quiet hotel but a little dated. The rooms could do with a good refresh. Almost no reception. Difficult to understand the opinion of lonely and predecessors on TripAdvisor. Reasonably priced and well located are these assets.
