Located near to Sapa Station (~300m) The room we booked was mountain view and the view was amazing. They served plenty of breakfast choice with labels in english ☺️ No halal label mentioned but most of the dishes were vegetarian. Water pressure was good too and hot water available. Cleanliness can be improved a bit but nothing too bad! Room was spacious. We enjoyed the stay ~

The location is very suitable and easy to navigate within the town. Walking distance to almost everything. The room is very spacious and has a good view :)

The location is good and it's convenient to go there.
The hotel is divided into two buildings. The main building with mountain views is new and relatively new.
There is an elevator, which is convenient to get up and down. The basic equipment in the room is complete, a little old but clean, and the floor is spotless.
The terrace has an open view and fresh air, which is great value for the price.
When the weather is good, there are magnificent mountain views, but when there is heavy fog, even the quarantined hotels will not be able to see clearly.
The rooster crows so early downstairs in the morning that I have to think deeply during my light sleep.

Terrace smells of canal. Extremely loud. Chaotic and disorganized. Our room was nice but didn't justify the price of 30 per night.

We had memorable stay during our visit in SAPA.
The only thing that when we make the reservation, we request for the highest floor in advance. When we checked in they provided lowest floor. The view is not bad even the lowest floor. If you get high floor, you will get the fantastic view. Their services and facilities are average.
