Hotel was super clean and service was top notch. The food variety was great and yummy as well!! Really enjoyed my stay here. Do take note that it sits on top of a steep slope so some climbing will be required to get to the hotel, but it is not too difficult. It is about 5 min walk to Sapa centre for food and massage etc, so super convenient!! We also got a free upgrade to a balcony room with amazing views, so thanks Aliana!

The hotel location was strategic, within walking distance to most places in Sapa. The staff were friendly, politeand helpful. Speaks good English. Always with a smile on their face. Hotel was clean and well maintained. I booked a room with Mountain View and it was definitely worth it as I get to see the funicular train

We booked interconnecting room but does not have mountain view initial room. Then they kindly change us to one facing the mountain. Grateful for their service. The breakfast is good also albeit simple.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, beautiful Mountain View, clean & super friendly staffs. We arrived hotel earlier, around 11am & allowed to early check in, very appreciated on this. This hotel just behind the Trekking Cafe, need to climb a bit since it located in hill. The outdoor swimming pool not so clean & suitable for swimming.

Great service, staff are polite and enthusiastic. The environment is quiet and beautiful. You can see the monorail right outside the hotel, and it's about an 8-minute walk to Sunway Pyramid (Sun World Plaza).

Overall, the stay was very pleasant.
The view from the room's window, with the miniature train passing by, was a delightful surprise, especially for railway enthusiasts or those looking to experience the local atmosphere.
The location is incredibly convenient, not far from the main street and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by other means. It offers just the right amount of amenities.
The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is quite palatable. It's perfectly fine for a simple breakfast to refuel.
The minor drawback is that if you shower late in the evening, the hot water temperature can be a bit insufficient. Given Sa Pa's cooler weather, you might shiver a little after showering. I'd suggest showering earlier or for the hotel to improve the hot water consistency.
Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. The location and window view are definitely worth it. If the hot water issue could be resolved, it would be even better.

Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night.
Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize)
Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff.
Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

Had breakfast which started at 6.30 am upon our early arrival at hotel. Thankful for the early check-in after. Friendly staff, easy communication over wataspp prior, during stay.

This beautiful hotel is located in the uphill of sapa where there was a very beautiful view to admire from the balcony of your room
The welcome drink of ginger tea was very good. It is a very convenient location as it was close to the train station to fansipan mountain
Breakfast is simple and sufficient,you can order the noodle soup, pancakes, pancakes,french toast and eggs at no cost
The room was very spacious, had a big bed and sufficient amenities
There was an in house spa too,as my time in sapa is limited, I didn't get to try it
Overall it is good value for money
A well rested stay which is very much needed after the hikes
