The staff was very helpful ,friendly ,and have well communication and understanding. Its good for us to have a wonderful experience during our vacation at sapa. The hotel staff was providing some convenience for us during the vacation.good mountain view from my room. Appreciated

me and my friend loved the hotel it was so central and easy to reach they had an amazing pool view , and their breakfast had lots of variety of food, it was also good quality.. don’t sleep on the egg station 🫶🏽😘

Location is very convenient, the AC unit was leaking during the first night but was fixed the following day. Very nice view of the mountains, breakfast was the best part. 100% recommended.

Great hotel. Good location. Very clean. We had a quiet room on the third floor. The window did not have a view of anything except a wall which was fine as we didn't stay in the room much. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and the view front the pool was amazing. The gym was a good size. It needed dumbells heavier than 10kg though but a good gym hotel with lots of room. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Helpful staffs with great facilities! Should have great view too just the two days during our stay was covered with mist and rain. Anyway still a good staying experience with good food!

Apart from the delay in check-in. The hotel is fine. The duty manager is great in helping to get the issue sorted out. However, the reservation team must account for their mistakes for not updating our booking and make us wait for more than an hour.
