ชอบมากแอร์เย้นมาก ห้องอาหารดี สระน้ำอุ่น ผมชอบมากๆๆๆๆๆ ถ้ามี 10 ดาว ชอบพนักงาน สอบอาหารเช้า มีฮีทเตอร์ด้วย Phuc and hang และ dasiy ดูและพวกเราดีมาก พนักงานพูดอังกฤษได้ด้วยถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีก ดีมุกๆอย่างเลย ชอบที่สุดครับ แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงนะข้างห้องคุยกันเรายังได้ยินเลย

Excellent service from the front desk, helped us book our sleeper bus, tickets for the cable car and also answered all of our questions. Room was lovely with a wonderful view.

The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service from the friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Although the spa wasn't open during New Year's, there are other places nearby for massages. However, note that they don't offer currency exchange services but refer you to an external store which charges 10%. Instead of this convenience fee, it's better to walk a little further out and use an ATM. Overall experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing!

Amazing Hotel in Sapa. The breakfast Buffet was great.
The rooms were huge and very clean . It is safe and peaceful .
The staff is also amazing and very nice.
I highly recommend this place.

I would like to give my biggest appreciation to Bamboo Sapa Hotel specially to the receptionist and also to the bellman named Mr. San and the pool attendant and all the staff at there who assisted us in our stay at the property. I highly reccommend this place! Noce amenities and amazing views
