受付の方（おそらくオーナー）がとても優しく色々と気遣ってくれました。部屋も大きくとても清潔に掃除されていて良かったです。
ただ滞在客がベトナム人ばかりで、隣の部屋のファミリーはドアも窓も常に全開にして大声で怒鳴っていたので、部屋にいても筒抜けで、心が休まるときがなかったのが非常に残念でした。ホテル側も今までに困っているお客様がいたからなのか、うるさすぎたら教えてくださいという張り紙がありましたが、ホテルがその他がとても良かっただけに残念でした。

Had a lovely stay at the London Sapa Hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was good and service from all the staff was great. Hoang was especially kind, helping us book extra nights, buses and laundry, and always greeting us with a smile! Thank you!

Good hotel with great service. Location is bit away from city Centre but its worth to stay. Receptionist guys were so humble and helping. They helped and guided us throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and nice.
