It boasts the best value for money in Sapa. Because it is a capsule hotel, personal space is a bit lacking, but compared to other dormitories, the advantage of being a capsule was the best.

Nice hotel and staff but pods are a bit old.
315 had the light broken and they would turn on or off without touching the switch (which had to be touched at least 6 times before working).
Also, it was mostly clean but the part around the bed had stains, hairs and fingerprints on the console.
I am use to capsule hotel but that one is a bit below the other one I stayed at.
Some guests were really messy and smoked on the balcony which resulted in the room smelling **** and tobaco, foreigners please be mindful (maybe the hotel could put some signs "close the windows" on the balcony).
A women only dorm would be nice too...
Breakfast was expensive for little, would recomend to go elsewhere.

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything as walking distance to the city. They are arranging everything you need, tours, bike renting, bookings for bus & train etc. The most important thing about the hostel is privacy, you can lock your cabin and have your own space. The view from the cabin is really beautiful. Definitely I'll come back again. 💐

I really liked this place, there is a lot of mucking about tho with the pods some power outlets work some don’t and I moved 3 times due to it being a bit underprepared for Chinese New Year being so busy. "Only the owner really speaks English so it’s hard to get service from anyone else there, but he tries really hard. He is a hard worker, you can tell. He went out of his way to help. I would stay again, it's really good for the price and when not so busy, I think you would have a good experience."

The owner is a great guy. Responsive! Communicative. But! The girl who checked us in was terrible! She openly showed her dissatisfaction. Apparently the male owner had gone out on business and asked her to look after the hotel. And she had to accommodate several people. And she even made a face like this: 😫 when we said that we had also come to move in. She showed everything to hell both that day and in the evening and very early in the morning she talked on the phone just SCREAMING at the whole hotel. She was just screaming. Although it is written everywhere: keep quiet. How to sleep? How to relax? If some girl yells. Like hysterical. Horror. Owner, tell this friend how to behave with tourists and guests. This girl made our hotel stay impossible(
Even a group of tourists who listened to music loudly at the appropriate time was not so disturbing. They didn't scream so disgustingly.
Please forgive me, owner, for the low ratings, but the girl ruined this night.
It's also very cold in the hotel. In the capsule too. And the biggest problem with the capsule itself is only one outlet. When there are two of you, this is already a problem.
