The location is central, but because of that, it is noisy.
The facilities are old and don't expect breakfast.
There are better hotels nearby for this price.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location , all staff so helpful and friendly , delicious breakfast every morning , eggs , pho , noodles, fruit , juice , coffee etc
They will organise tours and bus tickets etc for you - met all our needs perfectly we would highly recommend
This is our 3rd time visiting Sapa over 19 years and this hotel was excellent Thankyou

A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

Ms. Trang was a really great host! My son was sick the 2nd day and she went beyond to provide information about clinics/pharmacies as well as related information needed even it’s late at night. She’s a great translator too! The hotel was in a good location and the staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

My room was clean. The staff are friendly and the location is okay. Breakfast is a little poor.
However, the point of evaluation is each person. I don't know about the other room, but I was satisfied with being assigned that room at that time (June 2nd to June 8th).

SaPa seems like a mountain, alpine resort, apart from the traffic. The hotel is located on the main street, not far from the central square. A small reception and a small bar. The elevator starts from the first floor, but the staff is very kind and helps you. Nice medium sized room with large queen sized beds, very comfortable. Small balcony. The bathroom and shower are small and without aerator, which is a shame. The standard wardrobe in Vietnam, opened with some hangers. The hotel restaurant is of good quality, the Vietnamese coffee made by the lady at the bar is excellent. Very kind staff.

This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.
