Lovely family run Inn right in the centre of Sapa. The family is very kind and attentive to the guests' needs. I stayed in the dorm and it's clean and comfortable, very good value for money and they also provided breakfast

The host was accomdating and friendly. The location was accesible and nearby the city center.
However the room was right beside the level 1 lobby and in the early morning , guest were talking loudly and footsteps could be heard. Also there was karaoke singing at 9am in the morning...😨
The bedsheets were dirty and there were cockraoches and grasshoppers in the room🤢

The building of this hotel is quite old. We got a room to go down to the ba*****t. It was very stuffy and humid. quite scary
One good thing is that the hotel owner takes care of it himself and provides good service. Breakfast is also provided.
