1. Room is too small 2. Bedsheets are old and not clean 3. Dirty, choked, and smelly bathroom 4. Poor soundproof 5. Toilet paper is low quality 6. Dust in elevator and floor We will never stay here again.

I stayed here one night as part of a longer ( 5-day) road trip. This is a pretty typical budget city center hotel, the likes of which can be found all over the region. It is a fairly modern design and doesn't appear to be too old, but unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained and is not particularly clean. However, the small rooms are perfectly fine for a night or two which is probably the maximum amount of time tourists will spend in Tuan Giao. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi worked just fine. The bedding, linen, etc were all in pretty good condition. At a walk-in rate of 350,000 VND, I thought it was fairly priced and would stay here again if I happen to be in the area.
