Lived in several rooms. Those above average did not raise any particular questions. But budget rooms are just average in terms of cleanliness. Also, the coffee supply was not replenished when the room was cleaned. It's clearly not worth the money, $15. Maximum $8.

Room cleanliness was poor, lots of long black hairs in the room and on the floor. Not just a few, clumps of hairs. You could tell the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well as seen in photo. The mirror was filthy and sink as well. The price was low but we were expecting an at least clean ish room.
