The excursions, however, were a bit disappointing because the places we were taken to were packed with other tourists, except for the cave, which we actually enjoyed.

It was the best trip! Even though I was traveling alone, I never got bored, and the other international passengers on the same ship treated me like a friend! The variety of activities and meals were very satisfying. The hotel's exclusive transfers for the trip there and back are the best. I tried to get a cheaper option for the trip there and back, so I used a different transfer company, but the return times didn't work out, so I ended up waiting for over an hour. I canceled and took Grab back to Hanoi, but it cost more than three times the price of the hotel's exclusive transfer. A complete failure.
