Hands down the best hotel and service I've ever experienced! Giving the service 100 points isn't even enough, seriously!!! You might think the price is a bit high, but it's absolutely 10 times better than anything you'll find at Sun Moon Lake.

We wish that next day will be later start not at 6 am for taichi and 7:30 for kayaking. Especially for new year night. Though entertainment and party were so good, we loved the vibe of all staff. Dining was fabulous as well. But for the price we paid could have alcohol including and good vietnamese coffee. As the price was 700 usd per night, I would say its over priced.

I like the hospitality and I have no words to express my feelings the cruise and staff was fabulous in Halong bay this is number 1 cruise … I have seen lots of cruise on site but this cruise give nice ambiance and atmosphere. The room size is also nice as compared to all cruise
