Amanda Luxury Cruise

We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi at 7:50 AM, arrived at 11 AM, but only boarded the boat at 2 PM! No one helped with our luggage; it was only taken much later. My question is: why bring guests so early if you don't even have basic comforts? The waiting area had smelly restrooms, no snacks, and we just waited for an hour and a half from 11 AM to 12:30 PM in a hot, foul-smelling room. The boat transfer had such torn life jackets that no one wanted to put them on. This really shows their attitude towards guests, as does the 'complimentary' scattered and melted cookies. When we arrived at the restaurant, people rushed for food, and the selection was extremely limited. The plumbing in the room was very old, and the water ran out when I tried to fill the bathtub. My question is: why did I pay extra for a room with a bathtub if I can't even use it? Overall, I strongly do not recommend this cruise or this organization, as they are only interested in money, not guest comfort. They chose an incredibly unattractive bay with no views for docking. The promised complimentary bottle of wine was nowhere to be seen, and the only fruits available were watermelon and dragon fruit on a communal table, which were immediately snatched up. This cruise felt more like a cheap excursion than a luxury getaway. Everything was poorly organized. The manager had an incredibly annoying, high-pitched voice, and listening to him for half an hour on the boat with no escape was disgusting, more like torture than a vacation. Breakfast was very meager. This cruise should have been called 'Amanda Extra Economy' and priced at least 50% less, instead of misleading people. There were drinks in the fridge in the room, but nowhere was it indicated that they were chargeable and at 4 times the store price. At dinner, which was supposed to start at 7:00 PM, all the dishes were brought out extremely slowly; they seemed more interested in tables that ordered extra drinks. As a result, at 7:30 PM, we were still hungry, and there was no option to eat anywhere else. Plus, outside there were mosquitoes, it was hot, and the wind didn't create an atmosphere where you'd want to enjoy the evening. There was very little food, and we ended up leaving hungry. And the tip envelope on the tables at check-out was a complete insult: you don't deserve tips; you should pay the guests for such a 'horrible vacation'.
