HALONG CAPELLA CRUISE (Member of Lyra Cruise Collection)

We enjoyed a couple of days at ha long bay and thank manager GIN for taking good care of us. Amazing trip on such an elegant cruise served delicious food and interesting water activity.

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom "cruise" manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with "corner" views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

the Capella cruise was great, everything was like the photos, the staff was awesome, everything worked and the food tasted good, we enjoyed the views and the quiet room. we will back again, thank you all so much.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

We had the best time with Capella Cruise. The family room was very comfortable for the 4 of us and luxurious like the entire boat. The food was incredible and so was the customer service. We really enjoyed the excursions and karaoke room. We can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyed our stay in halong bay capella cruise. Will book the cruise again on our next visit to hanoi. But we will choose booking through agoda. Our friend couple, booked through agoda there rate was usd 150 less. Same room with us.
