Great appreciative to all other staff on the cruise as well. "I CANNOT recommend this cruise organisation enough!! We booked a Silver Suite, but got upgraded to the Presidential Suite due to a booking error. Everything was divine, from the staff to the food, to the excursions. Great value for money anyway - compared to what you pay through other platforms. Manager Wendy and her team really made our trip worth while, and we cannot thank her enough. She also booked us a very luxurious and comfotable bus ride from Ha Long Bay to Ninh Binh, even though that wasn’t even on the same day. Wendy, if this gets to you: thanks a million! This was an experience we will remember forever!"

"I want to warn everyone against booking a cruise with this company. They sell cruises that do not actually exist as advertised. We purchased a 3-day, 2-night cruise and paid extra for a large 54-square-meter cabin on Deck 3. However, after we had already checked in, we were informed that the cruise would last only one night. The next day, we were taken back to the port and transferred to a completely different cruise for another night. As a result, we did not receive the cabin we had paid for. Instead, we were downgraded to a tiny cabin on Deck 1. The promised itinerary was not followed, as we spent time returning to the port and waiting for a new check-in process. We lost valuable vacation time because of this. To make matters worse, the cabin was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Please be very careful when booking with this company. The reality is completely different from what is advertised. The photos and descriptions do not match the experience you will actually get. That being said, I would like to acknowledge that the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the food was tasty and enjoyable. Unfortunately, these positive aspects could not make up for the misleading advertising, downgraded accommodation, and disappointing overall experience."

"Tuan Chau Resort is a great place for quiet relaxation. The location is good. Very close to the Tuan Chau port if you want to go on a cruise to Ha Long Bay. We first had some trouble with our room but the staff helped us and accommodated our request and moved us to a room with a great view. They are very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to seeing what all the improvements are gonna be like when it's done. Will definitely come back in the future."
