Koncept Hotel Neue Horizonte

The only thing I can complain about is that the room was freezing cold when I arrived. All the heaters were off...I find this very unpleasant given the current outside temperatures.

Apart from the initial access to the hotel, this hotel is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the access code for the first time didn't work (other hotel residents also felt the same way that day). After other hotel residents granted us access, the registration process at the machine became a lengthy undertaking. After that everything worked perfectly and the stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

The facility was great, great facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. In the room you could read that there were prepared dishes in wicker baskets in the ba*****t. There were dishes, but no baskets, and unfortunately no oat milk, even though it was advertised. There is a self-service kiosk in the ba*****t, well stocked with spaghetti, several sauces and curries, also vegan, unfortunately not refilled often enough. There is a lack of milk and rice. The location of the hotel is very quiet, but unfortunately so high up on the mountain that it was difficult to reach by bike (and a child). A bus runs almost in front of the hotel, but on weekends only every half hour.

Poor or even unpleasant customer service. No reception does not mean no service

The room we had was quite okay! Clean and tidy, functionally equipped - but nothing more!!! Once you're in there! The check-in at the machine was catastrophic - it took us almost 75 minutes in total until the machine spat out the KeyCard in the slot on the side. The scanner function for the person could not be figured out and the operator of this house should actually advise "non-digital-native-persons" not to use it. So what ...

No access to the room, no kettle, almost broken finger.
