This was truly a great place for our vacation on this wonderful Island. Vlad at the cabana made our beach day a wonderful experience. The huge Parrot Fish in the water were awesome - just a wonderful time was spent at The Loren. can't wait to return!

First time in Bermuda and so glad we decided to stay at The Loren. Absolutely beautiful view from our King Balcony room. The room was very large, nicely appointed, with a huge covered balcony and big bathroom (of note, the bathroom is very dark - and I don't understand the design of a huge bathroom without the toilet being separated by a door). The room was kept very clean with turndown service nightly. The service and amenities are what you would expect from a high end resort. The pool and beach area are very nice with spectacular views. The beach is more of a cove so you can't go for a walk, but if you are looking to sit on a beach and swim in the ocean, its perfect. The staff at the pool is exceptional, especially Natalie and Vladimir, who were very attentive. The food at the restaurant was excellent; we ate dinner there two nights. The only negative I would say is I think the menu could use a few more basic dishes and salads at dinner. The lunch choices were adequate and food was very good - Tuna Poke Bowl was amazing! Both food and drinks were pricey - but the whole island is expensive. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did enjoy the in-room Nespresso and the complimentary coffee in the bar daily. I will add a few tips: As others mention, there is no sundry shop at the hotel. So be sure to bring your own meds, and some snacks as the in-room choices are obscenely expensive. Grab some wine when you land at the airport, its well worth it! The taxi rides are about $25 each way to get into Hamilton; the Horseshoe Bay area was $40 each way. Bring cash as many do not accept credit cards.

Relaxing and just what we were looking for. A small hotel with great food and service. The view is incredible & we even were able to see whales in the morning from our balcony. Rooms are spacious- we stayed in an ocean view king room. Be ready to spend a lot of money on taxis if you stay here if you are looking to explore as the hotel is small with only 1 restaurant. That being said you could easily not do much here and still have a great time. I wish the pool was heated as it was very cold on the sunny days. Other than that- great stay and will be back!

My wife and I stayed there in April and some of the staff was excellent and some didn’t care that we were there. The biggest issue that I want to make everyone aware of is please check your billing statements and if you are paying for anything on your credit card, please keep your receipts and check your credit card statements. On the last day, we spent $129 at their restaurant and the charged $158. I called and asked them why did they charge me an extra $29, the manager in the restaurant confirmed it was only for 129. I waited until item posted on my credit card statement and noticed the $158 charge was still there. I called back and they asked me to email them my concern. I never heard back from them. Please inspect your statements and keep your receipts.

The service was impeccable, friendly and interactive staff kept the vibe feeling upbeat and positive! The entire team was so awesome we extended our stay and promise to return annually. The restaurant, beach, pool, rooms, amenities and view are all spectacular of course but the staff is what won us over!

The Loren is exactly what I was expecting from visiting their website. I stay away from mega resorts and prefer a more intimate place so this fit the bill perfectly. The room, the view, the pool, the beach...all fantastic. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. There was one day that some furniture was apparently being moved nearby and they called to apologize in case it was disturbing me. I was on the balcony reading and didn't hear a thing but appreciated that concern. The restaurant food is wonderful and you can get a meal any time of the day. My suggestion to the parent company is to make the 2% contribution to the Loren Roots Initiative (their reforestation non-profit) an 'opt in' option at least for the room charge instead of an 'opt out'. It's easier to spot it on a food bill and 2% of that is a few dollars. I may not have noticed that added $108. balance on the room charge when I arrived if I had not already prepaid in full. I highly recommend the Loren and enjoyed every moment of our stay. **One travel tip unrelated to the Loren...if you plan to travel by taxi, make sure you bring enough cash. None of the taxis we took accepted credit card and you're looking at probably $30-$50 each way. I had downloaded the Hitch app (Bermuda's version of Uber which uses the regular taxis and goes on your credit card) but that was hit and miss. I had no problem getting an early afternoon taxi the first time I used it, but no driver would accept the late afternoon ride request and I kept trying for over 30 minutes.

Amazing service!!! Beautiful hotel The front desk was very helpful and upgraded our room . Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday with turn down service at night. Staff at pool were so nice and on it. Never wanted for anything. Will be back.

We had a wonderful time and we were treated like VIPs. The service at the Loren was the best. The food in the restaurant was very good . The hotel concierge was there to take care of our every need. The Loren is my new must go to hotel for a great vacation. We will definitely be going back to the Loren in Bermuda
