This hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation on the first floor, but the talented staff help that to be no issue. The teamwork of the staff is obvious, and the guests win from that situation. April was so professional, friendly, helpful and displayed such a positive attitude. Dominic, also on the front desk was welcoming and professional. When we checked in, they were dealing with a challenging situation. Both April and Dominic patiently showed respect to those guests and worked through their situation. So admirable. Their positive attitudes made such a difference. Our room is very clean and everything we could ask for. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk very friendly. Room run down with chipped paint, leather peeling off chair. No daily cleaning unless you ask, which I did and they did bare minimum (no vacuum for example, just hung up towels and changed trash). For $150 a night I expected more

Not clean. Floors were dirty
Bathroom had issues with toilet
Booked online for 7 people but arrived with only 5 people and still had to pay extra guest fee!
Not staying here again or booking anything through **********

The room was very very smelly. We opened the windows and it was still bad. We stayed there for 2 nights and the smell was present the entire time. The bathroom floor was dirty.
The hallways were in dire need of work. They also had some construction going on.
The breakfast on saturday was ok. However sunday morning it was not good at all. Very disappointing

There’s on going construction so it was difficult to truly appreciate the appeal of the place other than it’s secluded location making it a quiet spot to stay .

The lady at check is was rude, and not just with me. They didn’t give me the room I paid for, gave me a much smaller one and still charged me the same price, then had the nerve to come to my room talking about there is no way this many people are staying here very rude until I told her I paid for a bigger room and didn’t get it, then she changed it up saying well there is a pull out bed etc.. there air conditioning was horrible and when she came to my room to fix my tv she knocked the ac on its unit and left it like that. The pool area however was very nice..
