Red Roof Inn Tucson - Vail

Stay was ok, small room like a perfect square lol I after taking a shower the drain kept sounding like it was draining little by little but there was no water in the tub or sink? Rude guests showed up around 10:30 slamming doors thumping around very rude. I know it's not the Red roofs fault but. No swimming pool. No food places within a mile, except the A&W (blah food and service) the dumpster was overflowing.

Do not stay here! I booked a room a couple of months ago for two nights. I was at the track racing a few miles away. It looked like I may be a little past 11pm to check in. I called at 9pm to advise them. Asked to check in over the phone, nope. Asked if he would understand if a was a few minutes past 11, could he accommodate my situation. "11pm cancel" "11pm cancel". The WORST person I've dealt with in my life. Mean, rude, yelling, he just unnecessarily escalated it, I was begging. Long story short, I drove there, got there by 10pm. He told me he cancelled my reservation. Exhausted, I just asked if I could get a new room, there were 5 cars in the parking lot. Nope, he shooed me away with his hands and told me to leave. I slept in my truck at the track for two nights and am out $200. AVOID this horrible human being at all costs!

Booked 2 beds, owner insisted I booked 1 bed despite showing him my emailed receipt. Bugs in room, ice machine broken, very regrettable decision.

This was the absolute worst experience I ever had in my life with a hotel. From the moment I tried to call and book the rooms the lady kept hanging up on me for asking if they do military discount. So the day I came to check in and he repeatedly saying don’t damage the room and don’t smoke like I don’t hear him the first 23 times and giving him a literal military ID (because obviously I’m not going to ruin my career over damaging a room) and got to my room it was the worst smell (for being a non smoking room) reeked of smoke and the restroom reeked of pee. So I went back to the front desk to inform them and automatically started disagreeing and giving me attitude. I remained calm speaking gently asking how I go about getting my refund he started yelling at me cursing at me and refusing to speak with me after me standing up for my self telling him not to speak to me the way he was and giving the demeanor he was giving me. He and his wife both with the nastiest attitudes and customer service for asking a simple question and refusing to giving me my money back and asking if they did military discount due to me not living here. Called the police on me for a anting a refund and refusing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Wouldn’t let me speak or even get a word out about anything!!!! Never ever ever would I recommend this place even if my life depended on it! If I could rate -196363638 stars I would just from the disgust of this poor excuse of a man and women!! Sorry not sorry !

I understand that when you get a room for a lower price you may not have all of the amenities. That doesn't give excuse for the tub to be dirty, bathroom door to be broken, etc. Staff was friendly, but my wife and i wouldn't ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.

The room was dirty with stains on the floor. The bathtub drain was clogged. There were people outside and in the next room at all hours making noise. They would not change my and here unhelpful. They could have cared less. They was also a fifty dollar deposit that I had to pay. The photos that appeared in the description are not representative of what the actual motel looks like, a welfare motel is actually what it was. I don’t think I’ll be using your services anymore.

Front desk man was great. Room was clean but had a LOT of traffic noise from freeway

Keys never worked for room. Door to bathroom jammed and very difficult to use.
