The overall experience at the hotel was good. The room is spacious, it was very quiet. The pool is small but nice that it's there. The mattress was very soft and I think that charging 18$ for parking is too much.

The doors slam too loudly and we were constantly being woken by other travelers.
The shower temperature was not controllable.
Hidden cost related to parking.
Breakfast was only a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected more at a Hilton.

Woke up to shower before work and NO hot water. A/C made a loud clicking noise all night to the point I had to turn it off and deal with the heat.
THEN they charged me $500 for a remediation fee. For a humidifier! Saying it triggered a smoke detector in the room. The didn’t refund my money even though there is absolutely NO smoke in the room. It’s under review as the “smoke detector” is from a third party they use and they have to wait for them to get them information.
I feel like this was a “knock-off”or counterfeit Hilton hotel.

This hotel was great. I lived the cleanliness and the staff was very sweet. The location was convenient and safe. I will probably stay again if I'm in the area

I was charged $15 for overnight parking for an unsecured, unguarded area. Makes no sense at all
