Sonesta ES Suites Tucson

Booked a room for the 93$ special on priceline, went at 2:00 to see if we could check in early they said nope come back right after 4, went back and waited 45 min as we watched 30-40 people in a tiny pool showing up to swim without staying at the suites, told room still wasn't ready after almost an hour of waiting, told them we wanted to cancel they said do it through priceline, priceline called them they lied and said they called us to say the room was ready, told priceline we could show proof on our tmobile phone records there was no call, told to talk to escalation dept, they said they'd get back to us within 72 hours that was 6 days ago. This place has sketchy people from the neighborhood walking around the premises and looked like all of walmart kind of ghetto people were in the pool. All we want is our refund and the office people especially the manager EMILY is extremely rude and won't cooperate

Such a disgusting room - dirty, dilapidated, and smelled like vomit and dog pee- I checked in and checked right back out and had to find other accomodations while trying to take care of a sick parent at the hospital. They still charged my card $1500 for a 6 night stay and will not refund it!

The room was clean and had a kitchen. The office staff was friendly with each interaction. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items with a sitting area.

Rooms outdated and some things in disrepair. We choose this hotel because of the kitchen. Unfortunately, it was not well stocked with the things that you need to actually cook meals. The internet was down for over 2 days. Some of the equipment at breakfast was broken.

The Sonesta ES Suites is our favorite place to stay in Tucson. The kitchen enabled us to cook for the whole week we were there. The location is great because there is a Walmart supercenter less than a mile away and a Trader Joe's only 2 blocks away.

Early check in fee. Took 3 rooms for one acceptable. No phone in room to front desk. Never staying at Sonesta again.

Room smelled so terrible (and seemed quite old and neglected) that I could not stay there. I immediately went back to the office and asked for a refund (and moved to a different hotel.) The staff was very kind and helpful and they did refund my money. They did say the cleaning staff had used a “bomb” in that room, which confirmed my reaction. Perhaps other rooms/situations might be different.

They cancelled the room while I was in the plane to get there, no notice!!! , so why they have the reservation mechanism in *******

Got to the hotel all the way from Phoenix/Peoria only to find out that they apparently overbooked and had to send me to a different hotel a few miles a
