Nice hotel right next to the airport. There is a hot pool, a nice courtyard with palm trees and oranges. The hotel restaurant is one of the top 5 in the city according to trip advisor, the food is delicious. The room was not cleaned even once in 5 days.

I called the night before checking in, and was told the swimming pool was open, but it wasn't open the entire stay. I had an early appointment and the couple in the next room were talking laud the entire night. The walls were thin evidently and kept me awake all night.

Over priced for what you get. Rooms are showing their age. They charge for parking . Not realistic, since this isn’t the Ritz and you’re already paying a ridiculous amount for a room. Staff at front desk were more concerned with staff issues than with their guests. Glad I only had one night there.

Super clean. Excellent beds. Rickety out of the way elevator. $12 to park overnight. Located 2 minutes from airport drop off.

Dirty and rude front desk guy. If you aren’t going to actually make your clients happy, at least be nice about it! You only get housekeeping if you are there more than 3 days - stunts! Won’t be back anytime soon on my trips to Tucson. No EV charging either - insult to injury.

not great, not bad... just meh. check in process was smooth, but buildings aren't labeled and it was difficult to find our building & room at first. no elevators, just stairs (totally okay for us, but if you'd struggle carrying luggage up and down or need ADA accommodations, keep this in mind!
bed and room were clean. bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.... hair left in the shower from previous guest (or housekeeping). easy to wash down the drain, but cmon... that's a little nasty and such an obvious detail to miss.
everyone was kind and it was a fine experience, but i wouldn't stay there again if i had the option not to. it's out of the way and not nice enough for the detour.
