The room is comfortable and quiet. There is a good supermarket nearby (Trader Joe's). It is located on the speedway and has convenient transportation.

Let me start by saying Rebecca at the front desk was AMAZING. She should be the manager. Best customer service. Hence the additional star. Brandon on the other hand was the complete opposite. I hate to give this hotel a bad review however the reason being the experience I had with Brandon and being refused to speak to the hotel manager. Brandon had the worst attitude. I asked him a simple question..he hangs up the phone abruptly, I went downstairs he refused to a manager stating she was “in meetings all day” with a hasty exaggerated tone. Basically saying you’re not speaking to the manager. I asked when she would be available his answer was “I don’t know her schedule but she won’t be available.” He starts throwing his hands in the air being super extra. He accused me of not paying for a reservation which made no sense. I was forced to go to this property from another Hilton. My reservation was fully paid for ahead of time. Then he says “That’s not our problem it’s the other properties problem.” This guy just had no class. The manager should have given me a call back and she was relaying messages through him from what he was saying. She was in “meeting” but still able to have a full conversation and not speak to a guest. I’ll be reaching out to corporate.

The sofa was uncomfortable.
The menu for the restaurant was poor at best. It is over priced with poor over priced choices and a lower quality of food.
No Decaf coffee in the restaurant for breakfast.
No freezer in the refrigerator.
No clock/alarm in the room and not available at the desk.
A nightlight in the bathroom would be good.

The way the property is set up is so inconvenient. We were told to park and use the side elevator, there is no side elevator. Just steps. We have alot of luggage. It was exhausting using the elevator and trekking to our room. We also were suppose to have a mountain view from our room and when asked, they said its a mountain view from the back of the building but clearly not what i paid for. Refused to refund anny difference in pricing from a reg view from the mountain view we didnt recieve. We definitely will not be staying in this motel again. It isnt a hotel because the doors are outside and not inside the building. Be prepared to walk a ton to your room and for no view of the mountains.

The room was very clean, only that the sofa bed had dirty sheets and it was not possible to sleep there. It was already too late at night to talk to the reception and notify them.
