The internet pictures were easier on the eyes than real time viewing. Next time I will handle things differently. Simply put, I can’t see myself returning.

the lady in the front with blue ***** hair wants to be so loud and act like shes the owner of the place along with the room attendant hotel housekeeper who was drunk on site , the most embarrassing unprofessional ever the drunk lady tried hitting on my fiance we both laughed at her poor her self

We have been members since 2001. Have never experienced such a terrible stay. Room was very dirty, carpet was dirty, shower had hair, paint was peeling in room, dust came out of heater when turned on, sliding door was locked so we couldn't air out room

If you can afford to stay someplace else, do that. This hotel is dated and not kept up in all the worst ways. It was the location where many guests were staying for a wedding, and wanting to be close to everyone, we chose to stay there too. The interior walls of our room had exterior stucco on them, so if you happened to brush against the wall, your clothes would catch or your skin would be abraded. That was especially problematic as the King size bed was not in the center of the room, with space to walk around it, it was pushed very close to one wall, with not enough room to get out. The coffee table in front of the overly soft, very old couch was an iron and glass outdoor table, with one too-short leg. The toilet didn't work reliably. The towels were not all clean when we entered the room. The sheets didn't fit the bed and popped off (on alternating sides) every night we slept there. The included breakfast was great, and the breakfast area was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was pretty exceptional; deep and hot and accomodated a lot of people.

You literally have to walk on construction zones with out any proper safety. Bedrooms very old

One night while sleeping I felt something crawl across my shoulder and I swatted it away. Turning on the light, I saw that it was a cockroach! Had a hard time getting back to sleep or feeling safe after that. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.

There were cockroaches. You can’t stay here until that issue is resolved. I left early and they refunded the night. Staff was nice and room was as expected for a budget, interstate-side hotel (aside from the soiled pillowcases, which they promptly replaced), but in the second night I found cockroaches and high tailed it out. Can’t stay here.
