This is a beautiful property. We didn't interact with much staff but the housekeeping was great. It's just that the room was a little worn out especially curtains and bathroom shower floor. Paint in the hallways was also in need of refreshing. It seems like these would be relatively easy to address.

This place was, at one time, top notch. Oh what a sad sad fall. New general manager seems clueless and a bit over his head in his new role. Club is overrun with “outsiders.” Why anyone would pay to be a “member” of this club when anyone can just walk in is beyond me. This place has become kind of a joke since early 2024. Parking lot is always full at the club (non-members) - so members cannot even park / let alone get into the restaurant. All around, bad to the bone. In other words, no bueno.

Great location-near La Encantada. Spa services were excellent. Room could use a little updating. Missed the slippers. Appreciated bottled water.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the pool and service! Incredible etiquette and great a**osphere. Extremely well run! Thank you to David- the pool side manager and his staff. They run a top notch resort and we had a great experience! The resort has a nice balance of being kid friendly with a private adult experience as well. I couldn’t say more!

Something to be very AWARE of! We had a friday night flight out of SEA for a 4 night prepaid reservation,that was delayed, delayed and then canceled. We had made the hotel aware of the delay and finally the cancelation over 3 phone calls and let them know we would not be arriving for our reservation until sunday at which point Mr. Front Desk informed us that we were considered a no show and our prepaid reservation was no longer honored.... we were traveling with my 75 year old mother and should we have continued on our trip would have had no where to stay. I have contacted the property on several media outlets and heard absolutely no response. We have traveled with Marriott properties for several week to month long vacations and this is most certainly our last! If someone has paid in full for a stay and travel delays their arrival, their room should most certainly remain available. Mr. FRONT DESK was very clear that our reservation would not be honored or refunded. WESTIN you can do better. And travel insurance does not cover day of delay....

Amazing property with excellent views of the Santa Catalina Mountain range. What’s good: Spacious room, although dated, was well furnished. The balcony was excellent to take in the views and Westin’s heavenly bed never disappoints. The garden and the plants on the property were the highlights of my stay. The pathway to the lobby was lined with mature jasmine plants that filled up the place with an intoxicating fragrance. Excellent onsite dining. Front desk staff were warm and accommodating. About 30 mins away from the Saguaro National Park. Good base to explore this region. Needs improvement: None of the streaming channels worked in my room (I raised this issue twice during my stay, but it was not addressed). I hope to come back and stay here for a longer period.
