Our stay was wonderful! We have been here before and will definitely return again. The pool manager, David Belcher, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort to others looking for a great getaway trip in the foothills of Tucson.

Staff was very nice, property was run down and uninviting. Temperature inside was very cold, seemed like they didn't have the heat on. Was a disappointing experience.

I visited the Westin La Paloma on a business trip. Great property with awesome amenities, restaurants and exceptional service. I worked with Rob Auman, Dir. of banquets, who was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. He also has a great staff!

Excellent resort with stunning views and accommodations. Facilities are great and are only exceeded by their level of Customer Service. Michelle at guest check-in was an absolute pleasure to work with, and very helpful with managing a potential late checkout and/or additional night stay while we managed our flight delays.

Many times when you are traveling for business the front Front Desk and or Concierge can be critical in making your stay fruitful. Michelle I at the front desk at the Westin La Paloma one of those rare people for which service is a calling. In getting to know her over the many years she is been nothing but accommodating and always willing to help out with any request. Of all the many hotels I travel too in a year for business I never have a worry coming to the Westin La Paloma because I know Michelle will help out in anyway she can to make sure my business trip is successful.

We had a day at the pool that was unmatched in experience thanks to the pool attendant manager, David! He made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that we always had a smile on our faces. Thanks for your 5 star service, David! We will be back!

Beautiful area and nice views, hard to reach front desk. Very friendly helpful wait staff, especially Saul. Parking lot is under construction so the access to park your own car was awkward but the valet was great.

Went for a spa weekend. Great service from the spa, front desk and restaurant staff were great. The housekeeping staff on the other hand were horable. One, when we first arrived in our room i saw that they left the keys in the room. The next day they did not replenish loation, water or coffee.
