Casino del Sol Resort Tucson

We have stayed here many times and things are typically the same. Concerning our most recent stay, I went with my 21 year old daughter for her birthday and we had a double queen bed room. Lighting in the bathroom is atrocious if you actually NEED to see in a mirror to put on makeup etc. My bed was awful. The sheet was ripped, there was a huge dip in the mattress on the side closest to the night stand (had this issue multiple times here) so I felt like I was going to roll off the bed. Beds are somewhat hard so between those two things, my back was hurting pretty good the next day. The worst part… the walls are PAPER thin. I have fortunately never had to listen to a couple doing their business all night until that night and I could hear ALL of it… in great detail. Not a fun experience for me and my daughter. We opted to leave the next day. All in all, it is a convenient place to stay, just not the most comfortable.

We stayed at the resort 2 days to celebrate our 46th Anniversary & we had so much fun. We had a nice room on the skyline level facing the pool. The service was fantastic from check in to check out. We'll definitely be back soon!

From check in to check out, It was the most fun I ever had at a hotel. The staff were on point at every turn, the food was excellent and the drinks were out of this world!! I am planning to have my birthday party at the hotel this year because I know it will be a spectacular event !! Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen for you are truly the best!!!

Our room was nice and we really enjoyed the pool. Checkin could have been better. There was a lineup and only one person working the front desk, we had a long wait.

It was a great weekend, the resort is very nice. Pleasant people and close to local restaurants and shopping.

If you're in the Tucson area, this is a perfect mini vacation to get away. This was not our first stay at Del Sol We had a great room with a beautiful view. Check in was easy the room ended up being free due to being a club member. Our rook was clean, and extra towels were provided. A plus when you want an extra to take to the pool area, which by the way is fantastic. We booked a massage and pedicure at the spa. The atmosphere for both left us very relaxed. The prices at the spa are great, and of comparable value. Our only issue was there was a room a couple doors down that had screaming kids, that also ran up and down the hall. At one point we ended up leaving, and going down to the lobby, grabbing some coffee and sitting outside, just to get away from the "disruption." Over all, a fantastic experience. We will certainly be back again.
