There are small bugs in the room, especially food crumbs, which attract ants, but other things are ok. English is not good, and communication with customer service is not very smooth. The first time they only moved me to a room without windows, and the second time they agreed to move me to a room on the 3rd floor. Compared with domestic ones, there is still a gap in service, facilities, and surrounding environment.

The hot water in the room was not hot and was often too cold. I complained several times and ignored me. I even caught a cold while showering and washing my hair. They ignored me. They sent me emails but did not solve the problem. The front desk lied to me. This is too much! !
