At first we checked in the room along the way i cannot sleep because of the noise so i called the front desk to change the room is quiet good..but The heater on our room is not working

The kids enjoyed the stay. The staff are approaching and the facilities are working.

I expected a queen size bed because that's what I booked but the size of the bed is like a double bed not queen. The room is small just right for its price, the staffs are kind and accommodating. even the waitresses at the restaurant are friendly. What I liked the most is that they have a free shuttle and they will drop you off at the airport, just ask at the front desk.

I booked a specific type of room but when we got there, I was told that the room was not available. The room that we got in the end has no window. The front desk person told me they will upgrade me without extra charge as if it was my fault that the room that I booked was not available. And they thought i didn't see through that ruse.

It was nice. They have lots of amenities and its within the city near malls.

The hotel itself is nice, have pool but you have to pay extra 200pesos per person. Cons: There are some ants inside the room and water heater is not working. Pros: The toilet is nice, have balcony, wifi is good. They give wifi voucher per person per device.

The room is a bit crowded but for a solo traveler it was just right. The staff were attentive to my request as to have a window and scenery of the city outside. They have a lot of amenities which I truly liked. Pool, karaoke, and basketball. Their food at the restaurant was also very delicious and made me full. I like the apple carrot shake. The downside is that the security of the door is just a bit off. I felt I wasn’t safe inside but just fell asleep due to exhaustion. But overall, my stay was okay. 👍🏼

I booked the room with bath tub but they gave the room without bath tub. Andthe evening staff is wow grabe di marunong sa guest. Ok ang pag stay maliban lang sa naka duty ng pang gabi n receptionist at room boy na nakakahiyang maistorbo.

Very convenience..easy access to all

All is good except While im shower water is stop And when the water is back its so dirty Over all its okay for budget room

THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL, LOCATION WAS NEAR AT ROBINSON AND SM CITY, FACILITIES WAS CLEAN, AND CREW WAS APPROCHABLE AND VERY ATTENTIVE.

It was amazing experience

Too many mosquitoes in the room. The heater is not working. The drain of the bathroom is stagnant and doesn’t drain. The swimming pool is inaccessible. One has to pay additional for pool use.
