Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well

Hi ,iam gonna tell you my experience in the hotel It has a lot of pools and gym and a lot of water slides the room is perfect and the view is Wowww it’s so funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn and there’s a spa and sauna and basketball court a lot moree the food is amazing and delicious

Very unfriendly people in the restaurant and also in spa and sauna. I don’t feel welcome here. It’s like : thank you for you money, now go and leave us alone. It’s a very crowded place with à lot of noice. We will never come back here and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Food in the restaurant is cold and almost every day the same. Not à lot of choice for kids. Coffee tastes bad, machines are not refilled on a regular base. Red wine is ice cold. Employees eet together with the tourists from the same buffet and on the same tables at the same time. They keep the best food for themselves.

Hotel Well is situated in Tuhelj,a small village in Krapinsko-zagorska county. It has the outdoor and indoor swimming pool which is opened only during summer while the indoor whole year. You can also visit spa centre or sauna. Hotel rooms are very clean and the food is also great as well.

Nice Hotel, good food with a wide variety of dishes, rooms with all the usually required amenities and cleanliness above any reproach.. We were there with an organized tour so can't say a lot regarding the price and whether it is a good value. Only point we'd have liked to improve is its location as it is far from Zagreb and therefore not adequate for those who want to visit Zagreb and its surrounding (like us). This is the reason of this 4 star instead of 5 star rating, but it is not this Hotel problem, it is our tour's organizers. Bottom line, we enjoyed a lot this hotel and recommend it for those who have a car and want to tour the country while having a good resort to enjoy its facilities and food.

The hotel is quite okay. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, The food is good, but sometimes not as hot as it should be and can be repetitive. Great thing is that you can go to the aquapark strate from hotel in robe. If you go there for 2-3 days it's ok. longer stay will be borring. Sometimes in the mansion - restaurant behind the Hotel there are loud parties till midnigth unfortunatly. Good hotel for undemanding people

First, their prices have nothing to do with the service they offer. Overnight stay with breakfast for two adults and one child was 240eur. The hotel has remained in the Yugoslavian style, the rooms are awful (the old part), the carpets on the floor are dirty and full of stains, the remains of killed mosquitoes on the walls, the bed for a small child is uncomfortable. So it's a criminal place. The food is very bad, we were at lunch and the only thing worth it were fries. The staff is rude, we came earlier as they said we could and when the reception says go to the pools, I'll let you know to prepare towels for you. We come down, when she almost got ripped off at me that they didn't have any towels for us and almost told me I was lying. I go back to the reception and she gives me towels after I went up and down. The pools are full, for this money the pools should be open exclusively for hotel guests. To drink coffee in the hotel cafe, we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to come to us at all. The only positive thing is that the child was happy because of the slide in the pool. Certainly never again, overpriced and inflated price compared to the offer they have.

Whenever we talk among friends about our trips and traveling experience we always end up our conversation with a recommendation of a certain spot or do not go heads up. Tuhelj Therm is among those destinations I would, have, and will do point my folk at. Its a perfect combination of a value you pay and services you get. Infrastructure that on some points is way over its time didn't bother me, mostly because everything was functional and safe. It is a young families friendly hotel and staff members are mostly very nice and cooperative.
