a beautiful hotel with the best service in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are also good, such as a swimming pool, slides, canoes and fishing equipment (free for all guests). Highly recommended for those who want to go on holiday to Samosir😇😁.

Abwechslungsreiche Tage und zahlreiche inspirierende Tagesausflüge mit Guide Mike im Hier & Jetzt, stets mit beeindruckender und ursprünglicher Natur sowie dem bewussten Wandeln zwischen alten Traditionen und aktuellem Leben innerhalb der Batakkultur. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und weiß auch den schweizerischen Anspruch an einen Hotelbetrieb in Sumatra sehr zu schätzen. Der herrliche Ausblick vom Balkon meines Zimmers, das frisch zubereitete Frühstück, die Bootsfahrt zum Wasserfall auf dem Lake Toba oder meine persönlichen Qi Gong Erlebnisse auf eurem Bootssteg am Morgen bzw. mit weitem Blick über den See von einem traumhaften Aussichtspunkt. Chillout vor Burnout – mein Auszeit-Slogan bekam frische, vulkanische Energie! Es war die richtige Entscheidung! Ich komme gerne wieder, versprochen! The ferry arrives on the private pier of the hotel and from this moment we were looked after so well by the friendly and happy staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view over the lake. The bathrooms need a little attention but the new owner assures us that is on the renovations agenda. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choice and the dining area overlooks the lovely pool and gardens.

A very enjoyable three-day stay at this comfortable, clean, friendly boutique hotel. I had a large room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. Excellent breakfast included. Great location right on the lake and close to numerous restaurants in Tuk Tuk. Manager and staff helpful and accommodating. Very good value.

We had a very pleasant stay with this boutique hotel, just next to Lake Toba. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, the receptionists speak very good English, which are great help to us! They are so helpful for our communications with our local drivers! The hotel manager is very responsive and hands-on, she is always available to answer to our needs. Breakfast is also one of the best among the local hotels we have stayed in various areas around Indonesia. Highly recommend to family travelers!

Great local experience at Zoe’s. Well and truly open after the pandemic. Basic local accommodation, but absolutely spotless and with a superb lakeside location with views across Lake Toba and its own ferry jetty. Short stroll to Tuk Tuk restaurants.

Had a great stay here at Zoe's, friendly staff and very clean hotel, great balcony view over the lake, hotel offers kayaks and breakfast has plenty of choice, good central location for restos, recommended.

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the ferry stop. The staff is amazing and go out of there way to help you if you have a question or a problem. There is always somebody who can ask in English. The rooms are clean, have amazing beds, enough space, good lighting, warm showers and we enjoyed our view over the lake very much. When there is a powercut the hotel uses it own generator, so the lights and fan stayed on. Breakfast is served by the pool, we always where one of the last to have breakfast, but the buffet was still sufficient. When there not to many people in the hotel, the staff makes you the breakfast you choose, which is also nice. There are stairs but we had a room on the street level, so we just had to use them for breakfast and the swimmingpool.
