The bed needs to be replaced, the shower down to a trickle, the iron didn't heat up very well and the air conditioning took a while to kick in. The staff wouldn't/couldn't change my room which was unfortunate.
The manager was very nice as all the staff had a nice friendly smile.

We stayed here for 2 nights after a cruise. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area and is very clean and well-maintained. One of the reasons we booked was the included breakfast but unfortunately that was a bit of a mess. The area was too small and they couldn’t keep up with the demand. Long lines, hard to get a table, constantly running out of food and drinks. It was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely room for improvement here. The breakfast also seemed to close early at 9 am - in my experience hotel breakfasts usually run until 10 am. After going non-stop for almost 2 weeks it would have been nice to sleep in and have a slower start in the morning but we found ourselves rushing to get downstairs and eat (especially given the line up for food). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I had a great experience! The person who attended me at the front desk was super friendly. The room and visitor area was clean. Breakfast was perfect and quick and easy check in/out process.

Second time staying here in the past week. Room was clean . Rates are affordable. Love the 12:00 check out time. Close to shopping .3 min drive to starfire staduim. We'll be back.
