The counter staff are very patient and kind.
But the public space environment of the accommodation is too dirty.
The breakfast is of course very unsatisfactory.
And the guests who stay are complex.
Single women are advised not to stay here.

Dirtiest room i have ever paid for. Handle for toilet fell off and had to remove the heavy lid to flush each time. Toilet was very dirty like its never been brushed. Dirty towel on kitchen counter. Food on floors, floors dirty with hair and dirt. Bathtub drain removed with huge hole exposed. Kitchen cabinet doors missing for sink. Smelled horrible, counters were dirty, deadbolt inoperable. Worst experience ever

The toilet doesn't work, the photos on travilocity show a different hotel apparently. There is no workout room or pool. The muffins for breakfast are terrible. It's super clean and the front desk staff are nice.
