La tarifa fue diferente entre dos habitaciones iguales, no había agua caliente en la regadera y la respuesta fue que la habitación no se había usado en mucho tiempo y como era domingo no había personal de mantenimiento por lo que nos pedian abrir la llave hasta que saliera el agua, lo cual es terrible por el desperdicio , la habitación sin aire acondicionado y sin teléfono, se pagó una tarifa altisima por una habitación sumamente pobre en servicios. Pedimos hablar con el Gerente y nos dijeron que no había en ese momento. Desafortunadamente el personal de recepción no tiene las herramientas para poder responder a los huespedes porque las politicas de servicio al cliente y la infraestructura del hotel solo le corresponde a los dueños.

No facturan si pagas por la aplicación, cuando en el check in es un contrato de prestación de hospedaje entre tú huesped y el hotel. Le dejan la responsabilidad a *******, cuando solo es un intermediario de reserva y pago. Que el SAT sea quien determine que es lo que aplica.

It was smack in the middle of the City.
The problem it is old the AC did not work and it needs a major remodeling as the beds are old.
If they would remodel it would be a great Hotel there is also verry limitted parking.

Las fotografías que ponen son muy engañosas, las recamaras son mini, la ropa de cama ya muy vieja se ve transparente y sucia.
El baño olía muy mal
La habitación que nos dieron fue a lado de un baño comunitario.
Termine por no quedarme aun y cuando ya había pagado 1900 por dos habitaciones
