Wheelchair accessible room with a king bed was okay, but I am not sure how you’re supposed to get there without going up stairs! The room had a roll-in shower. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door, which was difficult to open/close and squeaky. There was enough room for me to maneuver my wheelchair. The shower curtain smelled awful. I thought the bed was comfortable. There was also a couch. Customer service was lacking! We didn’t get clear directions on how to get from Wuksachi Lodge to our room in the Sequoia building. We booked 3 rooms. The key cards for 2 of them didn’t work. There was no soap in one of the rooms, and the front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I left my Tempurpedic pillow (in a purple pillow case, so it definitely stood out from the hotel pillows). I called when I realized it, and the front desk said they would check with housekeeping. I didn’t hear from them (it turns out it’s because I didn’t have cell reception), so we went out of our way to stop by Wuksachi Lodge. In the meantime, Adriana left a voicemail saying housekeeping didn’t find it. Yet, when we asked the front desk, they had us wait around an hour while they “checked with housekeeping.” I don’t understand the lack of communication or why they weren’t able to find the pillow! Later on, we saw a serious car accident had happened on Generals Highway, meaning the road to the park exit in Three Rivers was blocked. We drove to Wuksachi Lodge to get more information. They had no idea that anything had happened, and didn’t look into it. As other reviewers have said, this hotel really only has one thing going for it: location!
